How does usage-based pricing work?
You pay a fixed monthly base price for your plan, plus a usage charge based on your active SKUs and orders processed each billing period. Usage is calculated using ceiling rounding — e.g., 1,500 SKUs counts as 2 units of 1,000.
What counts as an active SKU?
An active SKU is any product that is marked as active and not discontinued in your catalog. Deactivated or discontinued products are not counted toward your usage.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, we'll refund your payment in full.
What happens in my first billing period?
Your first payment is the base price only — no usage charges. Usage-based charges begin from your second billing period onward.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
How does annual billing work?
Annual subscribers pay their base price upfront for the full year (with a 20% discount). Usage charges are billed monthly on top of the annual base. This gives you the best of both worlds — discounted base rate and pay-as-you-go usage.
