Connect Klaviyo

Voorcast can read your Klaviyo campaigns and back-in-stock subscriptions. You need a private API key with read access.

1. Create a private API key in Klaviyo

  1. In Klaviyo, open Settings → API Keys.

  1. Click Create Private API Key and name it "Voorcast".

  2. Choose Custom Key and give Read Access to:

    • Accounts
    • Campaigns
    • Events
    • Metrics

    Voorcast only reads from Klaviyo, so it needs no write access and nothing else.

  1. Click Create, then copy the key. Klaviyo shows it only once.

2. Enter it in Voorcast

  1. In Voorcast, open Settings and choose Integrations under Data & Integrations.
  2. On the Klaviyo card, click Configure.
  3. Paste the key into Private API Key.
  4. Make sure Enable Integration is on. Click Test Connection, then Save Configuration.

Good to know

  • Only admins and owners can connect or change an integration.
  • To keep the saved key when you change something else, leave the key field empty.
