Connect Picqer

Picqer is required. Voorcast reads your products, stock, suppliers, orders and purchase orders from it, and sends your purchase orders to it. You need two things: an API key and your Picqer address.

1. Create an API key in Picqer

1. Log in to Picqer.
2. Open Settings → API Keys.

3. Click New API key and name it "Voorcast", so you can tell it apart from other keys later.

4. Copy the key. Keep it somewhere safe until you have pasted it into Voorcast.

2. Note your Picqer address

Your Picqer address is the web address you log in at, for example https://yourcompany.picqer.com. Voorcast needs it in full, including https://.

3. Enter them in Voorcast

1. In Voorcast, open Settings and choose Integrations under Data & Integrations.
2. On the Picqer card, click Configure.
3. In API Base URL, enter your Picqer address, for example https://yourcompany.picqer.com.
4. Paste the key into API Key.
5. Make sure Enable Integration is on. Click Test Connection, then Save Configuration.

Once the connection checks out, Voorcast sets up live updates from Picqer and starts your first sync.

What Voorcast does with it

• Reads your products, stock, orders and purchase orders.
• Writes to Picqer: it creates purchase orders and changes their lines, books deliveries in and closes orders, updates purchase and sale prices, and deactivates or reactivates products when you do that in Voorcast.
• Registers webhooks, so changes in Picqer reach Voorcast straight away.

Good to know

• Only admins and owners can connect or change an integration.
• If you delete the key in Picqer, Voorcast can no longer sync or send orders. Create a new key and enter it the same way.
• To change the address, enter the key again as well.
